Government Dental College & Hospital, Jamnagar welcomed its newly admitted postgraduate students with a formal Postgraduate Orientation Program in January 2024.
The orientation was presided over by the Dean, Dr. Nayana Patel, and attended by all HODs and senior faculty members. The program introduced new PG students to the academic curriculum, research protocols, clinical duties, thesis guidelines, and institutional policies.

- Introduction to clinical posting and OPD duties
- Anti-ragging policy and student welfare briefing
New PG students were also introduced to their guides and co-guides, and a schedule for the initial weeks was distributed to help them settle into their academic routines.
